How To Write Christmas Party Announcement

When your company is holding a Christmas party, you may be needed to transmit the announcement to all the company employees, or other guests. If you want to start with the right foot on this one, you will need some guidelines for inspiration.

As the announcement is not something that is kept for delivery until Christmas eve, you will need to have it sooner than that, so all the guests are well aware of the details of the party that is to be held on Christmas day.

The holidays are always a reason for joyful gatherings. This is what must be transmitted along with the Christmas party announcement that you will compose. Here is an idea for a great announcement:

Hello, everybody!

In case you don’t know, the company will held a Christmas party on December 22, starting at 20.00. Do not forget your carols at home, as you may well start singing with the band! There will be an open buffet and a bar, and, of course, a lot of fun! All the management will be presented, but, this time around, they will hand over the gifts!

Have you been a good employee? Then Santa will have something in his bag for you!

Of course, this is just a sample, but you can go wherever you want from this one, according to how the party is organized.

For instance, if at the party, an exchange of gifts is to take place, let the employees know how much to spend on their gifts, and inform them of a maximum price – like 10 dollars – so anyone can afford it without any trouble.

Stick with the funny tone, and entice the guests with special things that are about to take place at the corporate party. If the party is only for employees, also let them know, so they do not get embarrassed for bringing someone along with them.
