We prepared the invitation for the guests in brown cardstocks o look like warnings in the Wild West and marked the theme right from the initiation. Visiting some nearby stores for supplies helped us enormously as well collected a lot of stuff for the decoration and bringing the raw materials home, we all sat together to make the preparations for the event. The entire hall was decorated for the special theme. We got some clean hay from the backyard and prepared some stacks that were scattered across the entire place with little pieces of horse shoes, blacksmith items and little fences were also set up along with intricate placement of lightings to give the entire place a spirit of the theme in totality. The cake, in the shape of a small saddled horse, was placed in a wooden table in the center and small counters were set up at the sides for the other food and beverages so that the guests could enjoy the entire event to the fullest.
