We placed bamboo torches outside our main entrance to give the theme its life right from the doorstep of the event. With a woofer and speaker system in place at different locations we arranged for island music to produce the ideal ambiance for this theme to rekindle in the hearts of the guests and the people would get mingled in the theme very intensely. We even adopted the idea of luau traditional poster for welcoming the guests. We arranged for designer invitations for the guests that we both sat down for custom designing and thus came up with our own innovative ideas with photos of tropical flowers like Hibiscus, Red Ginger flowers and some cool orchids. The cards specifically mentioned the dress code to be absolutely a Hawaiian dress code! It was real fun understanding and studying the different ideas over the Internet and then created our own custom made invitations and it was indeed just loved by the invitation of guests. As part of the fun activities we organized Hawaiian Luau theme games and contests and we arranged for varied prizes for the winners of these events. We arranged for a great event that became a real success was “Roll the Watermelon and hit the Coconuts”, our own custom designed version of the traditional Bowling! It was indeed a great fun to play and enjoy this party. The drinks served to the guests were also cocktails designed like the Hawaiian theme and they were garnished with little umbrellas and the glasses containing having peculiar shapes. The band dressed in complete Caribbean style, played pure fun filled tropical music to the invitation of guests and made the event absolutely complete. Luau party theme ideas are always the winners and thus make up the best events for a great evening with friends and children and loved ones to spend a memorable part of time together that would linger in our memories for a very long time.
