A few weeks back I attended a Party Safari at one of my friend’s place and I must tell you all that inspite of all the fun, galore and excitement, I could indeed understand the efforts spend in making this event happen and what needed to be done to make everything all right for this occasion a grand success. Firstly to begin with let me tell you how they planned this beautiful event. The invitations to guests were in the form of an entry ticket for a safari tour and everybody had to fill in their details and acknowledge his or her coming in the event.
People were encouraged to brush up their performing arts to be exhibited during the course of the safari for their personal as well as everyone else’s interest and prizes were accordingly going to be distributed for the best performances. Beginning with the decorations, everything were placed and designed to match up with the theme idea of the party safari. A safari always speaks of vibrant colors of the nature and thus the party area was decorated with attributes of these colors. To grace the rest, balloons were also scattered to engross the theme.
Balloons of colors of red, green, yellow, brown and many more along with different colored ribbons were placed all around the party area and also used to decorate the tables and ceiling of the party zone. To many things look even closer to the theme, directional arrows were place in small cardboard pieces looking like wooden arrows to mark paths in the safari tour.
Dim lights were used to give it a closer effect to the theme idea and the music also resounded of the natural voices of birds, animals and mixed with a soft fluttering flow a distant river. All together, it was a great theme and designed in a great and systematic manner. Food is something that must be in matching with the theme to make a party successful. Thus in a safari theme party it is also one of the important points. My friend had arranged for Pizzas and hot dogs and meatballs and many more and named them different and also changed the decorations a bit to look like safari food and thus this part of the event was a real success and everybody including myself loved the celebration and the food. Now I can tell everybody with a warm heart and full of confidence that party safari theme ideas can be real hits and success if only done with a little bit of diligence and a bit of hard work mixed with creativity.
